WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAY OR FAILURE IN REMOVING SUCH CONTENT. IN SUCH EVENT, YOU SHALL PROVIDE US WITH SUCH COOPERATION AS IS REASONABLY REQUESTED BY US.
 
REFUND POLICY

IF ANY PART OF THESE TERMS OF USE IS HELD INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE, THAT PORTION SHALL BE CONSTRUED IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH APPLICABLE LAW TO REFLECT, AS NEARLY AS POSSIBLE, THE ORIGINAL INTENTIONS OF THE PARTIES, AND THE REMAINING PORTIONS SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF KANSAS. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS IN THE STATE OF KANSAS TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES ARISING UNDER THIS TERMS OF SERVICE.
